Objects: To Relieve And Improve The Conditions Of Life For Persons Of All Ages Who Are Hard Of Hearing, And Are Resident In The Diocese Of Lincoln In Any Or All Of The Following Ways:(a) By Providing For The Spiritual And Pastoral Care Of Such Persons(b) By Promoting The Education And Social Welfare Of Such Persons(c) By Promoting Or Providing Vocational Training For Such Persons(d) By Supporting Local Social Centres For Fellowship And Recreation On Behalf Of Such Persons(e) By Providing Financial Assistance For Such Persons In Cases Of Need(f) By Providing Advancing And Facilitating The Use Of Sign Language And Lip Reading
