## Activities

**Activities:** We provide the opportunity for senior citizens of Stevenage and surrounding villages to regularly take part in our day care sessions. Activities are aimed to provide a continued feeling of well-being and prevent loneliness and isolation. Refreshments and a mid-day meal form part of their day. In the time our clients are with us, we are also providing their carer's with a much appreciated break.
