IF YOU QUALIFY FOR HELP, AND WE HAVE THE FUNDS, THEN WE GIVE SUBSIDIES TO HELP PEOPLE LEARN TO DRIVE. WE MAINLY WORK IN THE PARISHED RURAL AND SUBURBAN AREAS OF CHESTER.
Objects: A. For The Public Benefit To Promote The Improvement And Standard Of Driving And The Advancement Of Road Safetyb. To Relieve Poverty By Assisting With The Provision Of Driving Lessons To Young Persons Who Could Not Otherwise Afford Such Lessons From Their Own Family And Means
