The main activities of our organisation are as follows: Supplementary mother tongue classes for Albanian children and computer classes for mothers; Provisions of social events for Albanian community in London.Drop-in Advice,information, councelling, advocacy. regarding housing, immigration, health etc.
Objects: Acuk Is Established To:(a) Relieve Poverty Particularly By The Provision Of Advice, Information And Support, In The Areas Of Welfare Benefits, Health, Housing, Education, Employment And Training, And In Such Other Charitable Ways As The Committee May Determine From Time To Time. (b) Promote Education Particularly Of Persons Of Albanian Origin In The United Kingdom, By The Provision Of Language And Literacy Classes And Promotion Of Training Projects, And In Such Other Charitable Ways As The Committee May From Time To Time Determine.
