Income on core activities was £12934 with expenses of £16836 resulting in a loss of £3902. Within the Park is a Leisure Centre which was leased to Cornwall Councll on a full repairing lease 8t a peppercorn rent. The lease surrendered with the centre reverting to the Trust. A grani in lieu of dilapidations was agreed payable in inslalmenls. During the year £199800 was received and is ringfenced for repairs to the Centre. Expenditure of £7200 was incurred in the period for accounting advice. The Leisure Centre is now run by 8 local CIC and a commercial lease wlll be completed shortly. Repalrs afe expected to start shorlly, planning permission having been obtained.
