The year results-
The year saw the charty depend on grants and donations to keep projects providing their
services. Grants and donations made up 81 % of total income for the year.
With no projects now generating any revenue the only income that was received of £2,171
was from debtors at 31 st March 2023 unexpectedly settled their account for the Wheel 2 Learn
project, after much chasing by the Trustees, to secure payment and avoid bad debt write off.
The year ended with excess income over expenditure of £2,080 against a budget of £175 creating
a better than expected outcome of £1,905.
In the year saw project costs for wages and fuel for the Wheel 2 learn project of £15.639.
Reserves all unrestricted stands at £3,526 compared with £1,446 at the end of March 2023.
Bank balan￿ is looking healthier and creditors now only £5,514 compared to £36,042. This
reduction facilitated by debtors being redU￿d from £34,995 to £19,935 and donations by suppliers
and savings in operation costs that reduced costs required and a much better cash flow situation.
A massive thank you to all our stakeholders for their support

The Future-
The Mental Health & Learning Difficulties Employment Programme has secured funding
that will take it onward. The nature of the project means volunteers are suport workers
for the young people seeking to gain employment by attaining the necessary personal and
employable skills. The service is under review and will be tailored more in line or the needs
of the young person by working with other organisations who have vast experience in
the field.
The new joined up project- Accessible Transport Advice servi￿ (ATAS) is partnership working with
Disabled Travel Service and AC￿Ssible Transport 4 U Community Interest Company.
Advi￿ Direct Information Takeaway food 4 thought is well established and is now working
toward developing and creating an easier site search facility on www.eastbristoladvice.org.uk.
With the help of Steve at Web-direct.
The Eastolian newsletter is being resurrected from it June 2003 version. Initially the newsletter
was distributed around East Bristol and including libraries, community centres, clinics, bus,
train and airport. The same will happen again in time. And reSoUr￿S of course.
The charity operates with the kind and generous help from its volunteers and for that goes
some of whom work from home as well as attending the office.
A resounding BIG THANK YOU.
And a big thank you to our stakeholders who supported the cvharty during the year and are showing k
to continue that support into 2025 and onwards.
