**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN LEEDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIMEOCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE FOREGOING, FOR WOMEN OF BANGLADESHI AND OTHER MINORITY ETHNIC ORIGIN.

**Activities:** Shantona caters for women, young people and children based in Harehills and Chapeltown areas of Leeds to fulfil their full potential. The projects include Education & training, Family support & Health, Youth Provisions, Playscheme, Early Years, Mobile Creche and childcare facilities etc.
