**Objects:** (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY (2) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AND RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.

**Activities:** Character-building (courtesy, team-work, organisation,education , community spirit, skills) via use of members' skate &bmx park and in kind contribution to local town community activities.  Activities involving skate/bmx park continued into summer 2013 when the LA reclaimed the area for housing.  Trustees and young people are actively seeking new premises.
