**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SPORTING ACTIVITIES, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR ALL CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES 11 AND 24 YEARS RESIDENT WITHIN THE RYE AND DISTRICT AREA, BEING WITHIN 20 MILES OF ST MARY'S PARISH CHURCH, RYE, OF WHICH SOME CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.

**Activities:** Provides services for young people within a 20 mile radius of St Mary's Church, Rye during their leisure time.  These services should include activities which improve the condition of life for such young people through promoting their physical, mental and spiritual well being.
