Provided That Such Equipment Remains The Property Of The Charity And Is On Loan To The Centre And That The Capital Value Of The Improvement Grants Is Returned To The Charity In The Event That The Centre Is Sold. (2) The Preservation And Protection Of Public Health By The Provision Of Information About Health Care And Other Matters Regarding The Prevention Of Sickness.
