The PTA continues to be strong and well supported with a very
enthuskgStK dedicated team.
Summary of the maln
achlovomonts of tho charlty
durlng the year
The relaxation of c0vit￿l9 reStI￿tIonS reLating to social interactions
meant that many of the fundraising activit￿ could resume this year.
Work continued on the year 6 garden by parent volunteer8, staff and
children and n(yw hosts a weew gardening club. where children grow
and haNest their pyoduce to tske h¢)me or to be used in Ihe school
The Smartie Challenge was w811 supported, gengr8ting £1,321 profft.
Despite the lifting crf ￿￿la1 reStr￿tiOns, to put people at ease, the
Christ￿OS Fayre was held outslde for the first tlmè and was a great
succe83, resulting in 8 profft of £2,342. Afler holding on8 very busy disGo,
it was decaled that it was too th)n to be mixing large numbers of parents
and children indoors and future Infant & Junior dis￿•$ were postponed for
the remainder of tho s¢￿?01 year.
Our onl￿e plafform was kept up to dale for all event ticket sales,
merchandise. donations from 8econd hand unrfom sales and 200 club
annual t￿et$.
Other evening events induded a Christmas Pyjam nlght, whlch
generating a profrt of £781 and the Con* night in February 2022
delivered a wofrt of £1,268. Thls was the first indoor parents, event Since
the beginning of the pandemic and was very popular. Oebble's DlnnetB
coOkt￿)k was finalised and published, 8elling one hundred copies in
thr88 week8. £555 profft.
Outdoor 8eating benche8 for year 3 & 4 play 8rea were pu￿hased as
additH)nal actNty zone8 for chiklren who enjoy Ltyo and other cre8tNe
activits'es at thtimg.
The year 5 & 6 Sh1￿ in Wil génerated a profrt of £2,707 via ticket and
programm& sales and bar $8les.
The Sprfng Ball was weH supported vltth excellent donated prfzes from
famil￿. local i￿sineSSeS sponsors, making a wofft of £2.851.
The Summer Feslr¥al was hugely popular and raised £4,227 profit.
Amazon Smile and Easy Fundraising provhye regular donations al no
cost to lamilie8.
The 8chwl fund continues lo provlde a monthty In￿rne which 18 helping
to make a dlfference and goes toward providing the School wrth the
n￿eSsary fvnding for school teaching projects and themes.
In total ts PTA donated £31,978 to the school during the year. This
donation helped the school to SUL￿1d1s8 a vthole school theatre trip to see
Peter Pan, fund Year 6 CGP revlsbn Ixx)ks and Year 6 leaver T-shirts,
photO9raphs and BBQ, Bug Club, Receplion year ch￿kS, various books
and other resources Tr EYFS department was provlded with £10,000
for a signifi&qnt ￿n0vatiOn over the summer break. ready foT the new
intske in September 2022. The Year 6 garden was provided with
landscaping materiab.

The PTA holds cash resep4es of £20,776 as at 31 August 2022. all of
are unrestrrcted funds. The assouation holds sufficient funds in a
non interest ￿aring bank current account to meet liabilities as they
