**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR EDUCATION, PLAY, ARTS, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF SOUTH WALES, THESE BEING FACILITIES AND SERVICES.1.  OF WHICH SUCH PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES2.  WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PEOPLE BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.

**Activities:** Valleys Kids is established as a community development organization working in some of the most deprived communities in the South Wales Valleys.  Through working with communities and providing activities including play, youth, arts, training, etc help people to achieve their potential.
