Achievements and Performance
| SORP reference | ||
|---|---|---|
| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | 4Cs continues to meet the needs of local people struggling with their mental health, or with circumstances that affect this. The number of volunteer counsellors has increased allowing us the capacity to help more people both face to face and online. There is very limited help available throughout the NHS currently, and very long waiting lists. Private counselling is often not obtainable for financial reasons. 4Cs acknowledges and meets the needs of those falling into that gap in services. In response to the increasingly complex presentations of clients, 4Cs continues to undergo and provide relevant training for its counsellors in order to provide the best possible help. |
