Trustees. report for the year ended 04 November 2024 The Trustees submit their annual report and financial statements of Rejoice {Jabula) New Life Ministries from 5 November 2023 to 4 November 2024 These accounts have been prepared on a Receipts and Payments basis in line with the Statement of Recommended Practi￿ (SORP) 2005 guidance for small non company charities with income of less than £100,000. These changes oCcU￿ed with effect from May 2010. (See below). STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Governlng Document The charity is governed by a Constitution adopted on 19th January 1999. Recrultment and Appointment of New Trustees The managemenl of the charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who are elected and co-opted under the terms of the constitution. Board Membership There were no changes in year 2023-24. Induction and Training of New Trusteas The charity continues updating the knowledge of all Trustees on their roles and responsibilities. This usually includes regular trainingl refresher updates as part of the Trustee meetings. Four quarterly Trustee Board Meetings were held during the period 5 November 2023 to 4 November 2024.

Trustees, report for the year ended 04 November 2024 (continued) Organisational Structure The day to day wnning of the charity has been delegated to the presiding prelat8s for Europe and Asla with the support of an administrator. The Trustees are consulted on all material issues and determine the slrategic dir8Ction of the charity. Trustees meet formally as and when requir8d to review the operations of the charity. The charity's volunteers provide an invaluable contribution, particularly at formal eventsl meetings. Related Party Relatlonshlps The charity is part of an Internatlonal Ne￿Ork which operates branches in North America. South Am8rica, Asia, Africa, th8 Caribbean, Australasia and Europ8. The charity provides spiritual covering to 100 member assembles. all of which operate autonomously and have ownership of their individual assets. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES The principal objects of the charity are to: l) Advance the Christian religion ii) Relieve persons in conditions of poverty, sickness and distress- and iii) Protect and pras8rve public health. Maln actlvlties during the year 1. Year 2023-2024 All the individual churches within the organisation hold weekly in person seNi¢es in their buildin9s. However. the churches within the organisation have continued their use of intemet and media technology, developed during lockdown and beyond, to be able to maintain both contact and the spiritLsal wellbeing of their members and the wider communities thal they serve. Assemblies within Rejoice (Jabula) New Life Ministries Europe & Asia continue to hold Annual Thanksgiving and Anniversary ServiGes, which fall at different times throughout the year. These are supported by the Jabula churches within their region and also by other local assemblies. 2. Annual Leadership Conference The LOUD 2024 Conference took place this reporting year. The theme was°AbundanGe & Overfiow" This was held from Friday 31¥t May to Saturday 1st June 2024. The keynote speakers were Bishop Roberts (USA), Bishop Ballakistan (RSA), Apostle Morgan- Scott (USA) and Pastor Quintanilla (UK). This was well supported by members of the church communities and people from outside. On the Friday evening there was leadership training with Bishop Roberts. For the Sunday morning services, those ministers available were deployed to various churches in the organisation. Plans are in place for the LOUD 2025 Conference where the founder and chief executive of Jabula International, Bishop Tudor Bismark will be the keynote speaker. This will be held Friday 30th_ 1st June 2025. 3. Leadership Training In November 2023, Bishop Hugh Daniel Srnith, Presiding Bishop of Jabula International visited Bimiingham to provide Leadership Training for Jabula Pastors & Leadership. He ministered at the Sunday s8Nice at New Jerusalem Community Church. 4. Woddwide Ministry

Trustees, report for the year ended 04 November 2024 {contlnued) Members and Affiliates continue to be involved in philanthropic outreach both in the United Kingdom and abroad {particularly in Asia). Th8 ministry in India whilst growing, continues to be reliant on funding from the charty for its work, supported by the generous giving of individual church members and assemblies. A numb8r of local churches in the UK assist the churchas in India and the local orphanage and school. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Key Member and Affiliate Achlevements In the Year 1. New Jerusalem through both its church and Transformation centre continue to impact on the local communities ofAston and Nechells. Particularly to the local schools and young people, but also to all people who need support. A fully functioning Foodbank continues to be available 3 days a week, also working with several other local agencies. However New Jenjsalem continues to look to partner with other communty organisations to maximise both th8 physical building and the skill sets of our members, building on th8 partnership in place with the Community Empowerment Agency below. The focus on the arts for young people is also @videnGed with a fully operational recording studio being available. The church regularly supports its youth members, both during the school year and those who are studying at universlty, especially those who are located away from Birmingham area. One of our Elders continues to s&rve on the Board of the local regional health authority. Two of thè ordained Ministers at the church continue thelr pemianent roles in a local prison and hospital respectivoly. A third heads up a Community Empowerment Organisation which provides mental, spiritual and practical support particularly for youth and young men. 2. Several of the Jabula churches in the UK support Bishop Samuel. his orphanage and his affiliated churches in India. 3. Bishop Designate Memory Tapfumaneyi of the Oxford church continues as the Chairperson for the Oxford Pastors Forum. 4. Place of Refuge in Croydon continue to run a foodbank in conjunction with other local churches and also support the Mediation Service in the local Croydon community. 5. The Jabula Churches also support the Annual Samaritans Purse shoe box initiative. providing Christmas presents across the world for children who would not otherwise reGeive. 6. Restorer Christian Centre have purchased and renovated their own building in Oldbury. operating services and support to the local community. The Charity's Growth and Future Developments 1. Progression The policy of training other senior Pastors within Jabula to Cary out required duties within the body in support of Bishop Brooks has continued this year almost exclusively by Zoom. Bishop Brooks has utilised the téchnology to a¢tiv8ly support the Jabula membership and the Pastors to continue supporting their church members and their local communities. His use of technology has allowed his influence to be felt worldwide.

The organisations policy of supporting its member and affiliates in their personal and spiritual development has continued. Bishop Brooks undertakes appraisals and identifies training needs for the member Pastors often providing said training on a one-to-one basis, utilising Zoom and other technologies. 3 Future Planning and Direction. The proposed plan for the nexi 3 years. originally to 2023. has been rolled forward to 2026 and is as follow5.. Revisit Constitution. make changes to the functions. A personal assistant to be assigned to Deputy Intemational Prelate of Rejoice New Lrfe Ministries (Jabula} Our target of 30 churches within the UK remains. To acquire an independent office which would be utilised as Jabula H8adquarters UK within will also be a church. Employ a part time Administrator and Book Keeper Church Governance - recruit new trustees from Education and Health industry (mental health) The development of a Bible School for Rejoice New Life Ministries (Jabula) - to expand the gosp81- has commenced. The establishing of empowerment ministries for Men, Boys and young Ladies and the bringing in of specialist teachers and trainers s ongoing. Hold a Regional Loud Conference which covers the above objectives Develop fundraising to meet executive objectives (new building) Establish parenting training (help children) and pre-marriage retreats The Southern Region to be divided into three areas {bas8d on growih), with three key leaders The above are constantly under review given the current local and worldwide situation. FINANCIAL REVIEW Resetves policy The Trustees are aware of the ￿qUirement to have a reseNe policy in pla￿ and are currently reviewing the best way of documenting a fomal policy that meets the specific GirGumstances of the charity. Principal fundlng sources Currently, the principal funding sources of the charity are from donations made by its members and affiliates and the income from Conferences. when held. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 4th November2024 Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Rejoice (Jabula} New Life Ministries I report on the financial statements of the company for the year ended 4th Novemb8r 2024 which are set out on pages 9 to 10. This report Is made solely to the companls Trust88s, as a body. in a¢¢ordanc8 Wlth section 145 of the Chariti8S Act 2011 and regulations made under section 154 of that Act. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the ¢ompanVs Trustees those matters l am required to stste to th8m in an Independent examinerfs report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent pemiitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and the Gompanls Trustees as a body, for my work or for this report. Respective Responslbllltles of Trustees and Examlner The Trustees, who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law, are responsible for the prep8ration of the financial statements. The Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 14412) of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) and that an independent examination is needed. The companls gross income did not exceed £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Having satisfied myself that the company is not subject to audit under charity or company law and is eliglble for independent examination, it is my responsibility to: examine the financlal statements under section 145 of the Act. follow the procedurès laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5> (bl oftha Act,. and State whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examlnerfs Report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records k8Pt by the company and a comparison of the financial statements presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees con¢erning any such matters.
