TO ADVANCE THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO STUTTER AND TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN A VOLUNTARY CAPACITY TO THE WORK OF THE EUROPEAN STUTTERING ASSOCIATIONS
