## **Review of Financial Activities:** 

Financial year 21/22 The Friends of Epping Primary PTA raised £43,708.36 through fundraising activitie the prior year (£3,399) due to the School Runnings campaign and the return of events after COVID. De be found on the income and expenditure report. 

The PTA funds this year were spent on school requests totalling £8,488.97. The requests include Anim day donations, Christmas spending on items such as crackers and popcorn for the movie day, as well picnic benches (£2,000), Yr. F furniture (£1,075) and a PA system (£299.17). We have continued to pa subscriptions to support learning. We have also contributed towards the cost of books for new Yr. F sta leavers books (£437.25) and ice lollies on an exceptionally hot day (£62.35). 

The balance of available funds to be carried forward to the FY 22/23 stands at £42,039.11. £25,000 of restricted to the instillation of the running track. In addition to the NatWest Account, the Friends of Ep has a dormant account with Barclays Bank, this continues to be in the process of being closed down, d process this is due to account to signatories no longer being with the PTA. Estimated funds in the regi account is closed, these funds will be paid into the NatWest Account.
