## AGM 2023 

- Numbers are Ok we are picking up slowly - 3 new children starting in April and our existing parents are slowly adding back their sessions. 

- This is working well for us, we have 3 staff Myself Pam and Maxine, with emergency cover from Pamela and Christine. whilst our bank balance ranges after wages around £18,000 we have a good staff child ratio, if we have too many childen I would have to employ another team member which would reduce what 

- Loosing 3 Y6 in July – 

- Maxine is improving her own professional development with the club, the children love her – she is more of a physical activity kind of staff which is great for the club, she has encouraged the girls to play football and 2 have gone on to join football clubs. 

- Pam is our charity liaison person with Tesco and we benefit from their charity scheme, Pam has enabled us to access £40 of credit every term from them which has helped tremendously 

- Saving the £40 a tern enables Maxine to buy new outdoor equipment and craft items for the children instead of using the expenses (£100 per month) money
