Provide free welfare care, housing & education for children whose families have fallen on hard times or have been detained in prison
**Summary of the objects of the Provide free welfare care & housing for disabled children that have charity set out in its been sent via social services governing document** We currently care for two children who have severe disabilities in our children’s homes. Clark is actually an adult, but as he is blind and has severe autism and experiences seizures often, we continue to care for him in the children’s home where he grew up. Crystal came to POCCH as a baby. She has microcephaly.

**Provide free welfare care & housing for babies born of mothers whilst detained in prison** As of 2023 POCCH has had a total of 48 children, (some of whom are children of prison detainees) within the year we have had 9 Admissions, 10 discharged, 8 of which were reunited with their families, 2 have been transferred to the halfway house and are in college. 2 girls have been transferred from the Well Baby Unit to the Girls Unit since they are no longer toddlers. Included in those admitted, is Carl. In September, we received a referral from Val Smith-Orr founder and Nurse for Triple-B. She had been helping Carl recover from a serious wound that had been infected after his operation. Val, was very concern that Carl could not recover fast enough because he was severely malnourished and worried that the child would not survive. With the help of the Social Services and Local Government Officer, we were able to convince the Mother to gain custody of Carl for his best welfare. He had been bedridden for 2 years and has been out of school, or even out the house since his operation. For New Year, we were able to take the kids to the beach front to watch fireworks display as we enter the New Year. **PHILIPPINE OUTREACH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY Provide free education for the local poorer community that are unable to afford state education.** For the school year 2022-2023, there were 175 students enrolled, 125 of which are pre-elementary level and 50 are Junior High School

Students. 16 Nursery, 16 Kindergarten, 18 Grade 6, 9 Junior Highschool.
We started the school year on September 1, 2022. Celebrated Teacher’s Day on October 5, 2022. Christmas Party on the 15[th] of December. Conducted a Sportsfest on April 11-18, 2023 and ended the school year with the graduation on the 10[th] of July 2023.
Within the school year we were able to Purchase Science Laboratory Equipment thanks to our Supporters in Denmark the ERP Family Fond. We were given a Tarp covering for our assembly field by the local government officials. Our principal Ma’am Romero was able to fundraise to provide whiteboards for the classroom, sports equipment for sportsfest, and first Aid kits for the children. **PHILIPPINE OUTREACH CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH**
The church continues to support one of its members who is from a poor community, she is blind and elderly and struggles with high blood pressure, gallbladder and kidney problems. The church helps her with her medication and food expenses. We were also able to provide her with a gift pack for Christmas, to be able to celebrate Christmas with a special meal with her family. The Church celebrated it’s 37[th] year anniversary at the Subic Sports Complex with the theme “Tinag” members of our daughter church in San Fernando, Bataan, Laguna and Wea attended and we have over 500 attendees.
The SHINE Ministry Team continues to support the children in the community by providing weekly spiritual activities and games, lifting up the spirit of the children even though they are in very desperate living conditions. The Youth Leaders of the churched arranged for a 3 day youth camp entitled “Kapuspusan” which aims to teach the young people about infilling of the Holy Spirit there were 120 participants. Every October since 2022 we celebrate “October Prayer Fest” where the whole church collectively aim to pray for 30,000 hours for the whole month dedicating a few hours a day each week to pray for specific needs and concerns of the church. This year we exceeded the goal and reached 36,387 minutes and ended the prayer fest with a prayer walk from the children’s home through the town to the church around 3 kilometers walking and praying for the whole town of subic there were over 80 participants for the prayer walk. During Christmas and Easter the church prepares special activities, which provide food, games and with the Word of God, the team help over 200 children in 3 villages in the town of Subic.
**POC PRISON MINISTRY Provide Christian Ministry in Prison and the local Area.**

Started Regular services in the prisons this year after the restrictions of the pandemic. We did 2 sessions of Christianity Explored course with Sis. Gillian Pegler. With Sis. Gillian's help we were also able to donate electric fans and Sports balls and cash donations for the Inmates for the Celebration of the National Prisons Awareness Month. We were also able to give away 500 packs of toiletries for the Inmates and cash worth P36,000 last Christmas. An estimation of 400 Inmates attends our bible studies weekly.

The Philippine Outreach Centre operates in the UK to support a mission work in the Philippines headed up by Christine Hailes Perillo and her Husband Dondie who permanently reside in the Philippines
The Philippine Outreach Centre Operates 4 different bank accounts
1. Reserve Account
This account is used to collect the majority of our regular donations i.e people who give by direct debit or standing order
2. Central Account
This account is used for paying money in and withdrawing via a cheque book that requires two signatures
3. Travel Fund
We transfer £500 per month from the central account to this account for the bringing of Christine and her family back to the UK in case of emergency (political or personal)
4. Charity Account
This account is used for raising money for a specific Project at POCM
All 4 accounts are held at:

Independent examinerfs report to the trustees of PHILIPPINE OUTREACH CENTRE MINISTRIES
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31st December 2023,
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider
that an audit is not required for this year under section 43{2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the 1993 Act) and
that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 43 of the 1993 Act;
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 43(7llb) of the 1993 Act; and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit
and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the
report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examlner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
