In addition, there are experienced Sunday School teachers from the newly arrived HK families. K L Ng: The successful of the Sunday School relies on the support of the whole church.

- 2) Will the online worship still available after the COVID-19 lockdown removed? K L Ng: Whether the online service will still be available after the lock down depends on the demand at the time as running church worship in parallel to online service will requires additional resource.

## **Give here brief details of any items that the examiner wishes to disclose** .

## **Risk and uncertainty from Covid-19.**

COVID-19: With the on-going global situation regarding COVID-19, the Trustees of the Reading CCC continue to assess the situation across the Church and the potential risks to ministry on a daily basis, praying for a swift resolution to the situation.

At the time of completing these accounts, the Trustees believe that there is no unmanageable impact to giving congregation members or employees of Reading CCC that would immediately result in the Reading CCC requiring a full depletion of its reserves.

The Trustees of Reading CCC have, in their view, taken all reasonable measures to ensure reasonable safety of all its employees and congregation members to minimise the spread of COVID-19, and will continue to be advised by the NHS, WHO the UK Government and equivalent local authorities on the appropriateness of whether this situation will resolve itself so Reading CCC can resume its Charitable objectives once again without hindrance.

Until such time, the Trustees can provide no assurances of Reading CCC’s going concern position, but remain confident in the Lord’s provision throughout these challenging times. Notwithstanding this, if not for the present pandemic, there are no other matters which would lead the Trustees to consider that going-concern would be an issue for the Charity.
