Treasurer's report
During the year to 30th September 2024, the PTA continued to organise events, with the most notable one being Fairford Fireworks in November 2023. The total profit made was £15,139 (2023: £7,156).
During the year £13,547.832 has been paid out to the school for various items:

During the year £2,116.94 has been spent various items of equipment for events, including a Marquee, Radios and Bins.
As at the year-end the PTA has funds held of £10,168. The intention is to hold reserve funds to protect the future of Fairford Fireworks due to being such a vital fundraiser. The end of the financial year coincides with funds being received from advance ticket sales but the large balance payment for the fireworks company still being due.
In addition, the PTA are in the process of saving up to fund a class set (30x) iPads.
The accounts have been independently reviewed and approved.
