A letter of resignation as a Charity Trustee had been received from Darryll Flint 

The accounts were given and accepted, with a balance of £81.139.00.   The  increase  in donations due to  a special offering for Ukraine and Myanmar 

To amend sections D & E in Trustees’  annual report for Charity Commission
