## Trustees 

Michael MacInnes (retired at the AGM March 2025) Crispin Kenyon (appointed as Chairman and Trustee at same meeting) Dawn Green and Joanna Truman. 

## Structure 

   - The incumbent Vicar of Holy Trinity Church as ex officio President 

   - Chairman – Crispin Kenyon 

   - Secretary- Joanna Truman 

   - Treasurer - Dawn Green 

   - Hon examiner – Tim Woodcock 

   - Two members of the Parochial Church Council of Bembridge 

   - Committee members currently 7. Our constitution allows for nine. 

- There are 120 voting members who pay an annual subscription. 

Trustees and committee members are elected annually at the Annual General 

Meeting to which all members are invited. Retirements are confirmed at the AGM. 

## Management 

The Chairman calls meetings, minutes of meetings recorded by Hon Sec; finances are managed by the Hon Treasurer and Chairman. The bank account and accounts are managed by the Hon Treasurer with the Chairman as second signatory on bank transactions. The accounts are verified each year by a qualified accountant. 

## Recruitment of Trustees 

For new trustees the incumbent Vicar is consulted and suitable candidates sought from our membership by the Chairman and then reviewed/approved by the existing trustees. 

It is important to note that the Friends is a totally ecumenical organisation. This means that anybody is welcome to become a member and join in regardless of their religion. 

## Actvites 

HTB Flower Festival preview drinks, and Summer reception. Profile raised by Chairmans speech, new publicity material created and regular articles in the parish magazine. 

## Objectves 

To fund ongoing projects as submitted by the HTB PCC and approach trusts and grant providers to support those initiatives. FHT relies entirely upon the PCC to promote 



projects and apply for financial support. FHT does not have any agenda of its own as regards projects which fall within the Trust Deed. 

## Achievements 

Projects completed by the PCC with FHT funds were external repairs to the church tower and internal steps. Removal of some pews, replaced with more adaptable seating options.  Decoration works to the Cloisters and a new storage shed. 

## Financial review 

Copy of our accounts for the year to 31 October 2025 is attached.

None.

To retain sufficient funds for future projects identified by the HTC PCC
