Non profit making Community Centre all funds raised from hiring the centre to local residence are re invested into the running and up keep of the Centre. All committee members are volunteers.

Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Those Areas Known For Administrative Purposes As The Shobnall, Branston And Outwoods Electoral Areas As Is Shown For The Purpose Of Identification On The Plan Hereto Without Distinction Of Race, Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage Or To Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Centre And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objectsto Promote Any Other Charitable Purpose For The Benefit Of The Area Of Benefit
