**Objects:** The Company is established for the following objects:a) to maintain, develop and deliver appropriate systems for the assessment and examination of students of all ages and of all disciplines at schools, colleges and other institutions in Wales and elsewhere;b) to provide training and curriculum and management support for local authorities, schools, colleges and other charitable institutions in Wales and elsewhere;c) to promote, support and advance the development of the Welsh language and culture in Wales and elsewhere, including through the provision of educational resources and professional development activities for teachers and lecturers;d) to promote, support and advance the development of Youth Arts in Wales;e) the advancement of education and training in Wales and elsewhere.In this clause Youth Arts means performing arts opportunities open to the young people of Wales, including through music, theatre and dance.

**Activities:** -Provide high quality qualifications, resources &amp; support for teachers and learners-Develop, promote &amp; provide appropriate systems of assessment and examinations -Support &amp; enhance the development of the Welsh language &amp; culture in Wales-Nurture &amp; develop talents through arts and education by promoting, supporting and advancing the development of Youth Arts in Wales.
