The amount of people using DHA legal advice ond trolnlng servlces was 14.679. on increase of 35Yo (3.791 people) on the
previous year. with 85% (12.477 people) having o positive outcome. ogain on increose on the previous yeor (81%).
We hove ogoin ochieved 0 98% customer sotisfoction rating for both our Advice ond Training/Community services
(meosured using inter-nal & externol surveys).

Advice services
During the year DHA received over 18,142 enqvirie5. an increose of 11% on the previous yeor (16,347 enquiries> ond
supported 14.679 people. Sodlu tunding Iimitotions meant we were unoble to directly support 3,463 people, but we were
oble to sign-post them to other orgonisotions.
Of the 14.679 people helped, 13,543 used our Advlce services. Dn increose of 39% on the previovs year (9.752).
01 the 13,543 people who used our advice servlces. opproximotely 8,300 vulneroble Individuo15/families were at direci
risk of losing their homes, including over 1,150 in Derbu olone.
Tfoining & Communities servlces
1.136 people used our Trolning ond Community services during the yeor, the some os tlie previous ueor.
755 people oltended our money monogement programme5 to help them monoge the effects of the cost of living
