Religious ceremony of celebration of Baba Nam’s 751st Birthday on 5[th] December 2021. The whole community members from Coventry & Warwickshire, Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Black Country were invited, but only a handful of persons attended the ceremony due COVID 19 awareness. After the religious celebration there was lunch for all the members present, which was followed by the AGM. The AGM had to be abended due to lack of quorum. 1. The society made donations of £602 to a charity in India, run by Baba Bhupinder Singh for the treatment of eyes for the people who can not afford to have their treatment otherwise. 2. Society donated £1000 to Coventry Childrens Contact cenre. 3. Society also donated £1000 to Coventry Carers Trust. Total donations made to other charities was £2602. 4. Society’s only source of income is from the rent of the property owned by the society. Due to COVID-19, the tenant had not paid rent due to the shutdown of their business. Most of the effort was made to recover the rent dues. **5.** Annual Accounts: annual accounts of the society were prepared by the Treasurer, Sushil Kainth from Bank statements and activities during the year. The accounts were checked by Duel Accountants Limited independently. The society accounts show **net income £24613.00, after the payment of donations of £2602, Bank interest of £127 and Accounts auditing of £200.
