Th8 Bangladesh Multlpurpose Centre is a Registered Charily and Voluntary Organlzation. established by
th6 Bangladeshi Community in Birmingham in July 1997, whlch seèks to S8rve the needs of the
disadvantaged people, whatever the ethnic origins, religion, cultural background, age, sexual orienlalion
and paying special regard to additional needs. We believe that an ethnic of setvices and an attitude of
co-operation are fundamental to the success of our vislon and mission toward working for the
betterment of the communlty as a Ytholè.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitied to the exemtion from the
requirement to obtain an audit under 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and that
members have not required the cotnpany to obtain an audit in accordance with section
476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements
of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation
of the accounts.
The accountants have been prepared in accordance with the provision in Part 15 of
the Companies Act 2006 applicable to the companies subject to the small
companies regime.

Accounting Convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Financial Reporting Standard No 1
The exemption has been taken from preparing a cashllow statement on the grounds that
the company qualifies as a small cotnpany.

Income represents mainly rental income. grants and other donation5 excluding value added tax.
Depreciatlon

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the
Company for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 ("the 2006 Act.).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of your
charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011
{"the 2011 Act"). In carrying out my examination. I have followed the
Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the
2011 Act.

come to my attention which gives rne cause to believe that..
