regard to public benefit requirement. They
are satisfied that the Trust, through its aims
and objectives, meets the requirement
regarding the advancement of the arts,
heritage, architecture, and of the
environmental protection or improvement.
Beneficiaries comprise members of the
public in almost all cases without the need
for anycharges orpayment.

experience nature which went to borough
libraries and two hospitals.
Other The charity has further increased its
connectivity with London and nationwide
groups liaising with ZSL and Thames Water
etc... within established water quality
monitoring schema. It has established a new
sub-committee “Harrow Rivers” to better
focus on waterpollution in the borough.

activity – a continued revitalization of this
aspect of the charity. We created a new sub-
committee “Harrow Rivers” to bring in new
people and expertise in the blue
infrastructure of the boroughandits’ health.

financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 The Trust’s funds totalled £188,966 at the
end of the financial year March 2025. Four
funds totalling £151,568 were designated as
restricted to the uses described. These are
Heritage Grants, Public Works of Art, Work
with Young People and Headstone Manor:
commitments or expenditure plans exist for
parts of these. There is also an Unrestricted
General fund of £37,396 which includes the
activities of Harrow Nature Conservation
Forum, Harrow Rivers, and the Brown
Plaques committee as well as admin and
one-offcharitable donations

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the Responsibilities and accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). basis of report
