Achievements and Performance
SORP reference
Para 1.20
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity's work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
The past year and seen our church planting
consultants building on the relationships
they have enjoyed, some over many years.
Due to logistics, they have had a couple of
their international team meetings on Zoom
but managed to get to Switzerland in the
autumn which was a good time of
connection and mutual encouragement.
The giftings in this team complement one
another well and it was good to talk, pray
and wrestle through some of the
challenges faced by each of them in their
spheres of influence. The consultants also
travelled to France to spend time with 'old'
teammates and were privileged to engage
with some of the people they have been
working with as they seek to establish
communities of Jesus followers in rural
areas on the Italian border. A trip to
Northern Ireland provided time with a family
they discipled in Bath with whom they are
in regular contact. Establishing a Kingdom
business network has been enormously
beneficial. This reaches as far as Burundi
and, more recently, Dubai. They hope to
multiply this in the southern hemisphere in
the next season. Their input in Bath
continues in various guises, particularly in
mentoring a world leader in trauma
recovery Once again, they have spent time
in Plymouth and, when they are stretched
logistically regarding travel, there have
been many hours spent on WlhatsApp I
Fa￿Tirne I Zoom calls as well as preparing
for these in seeking God through prayer
and fasting A considerable amount of time
was still spent in South Africa where
connections have expanded. It has been
gratifying year of seeing a number of
people mature in their faith as well as
coaching them through some particularly
difficult challenges.
The family we support in Burundi are
continuing to partner with two local
ministries called Yada Burundi and Hope
for Tomorrow Global, whose actions
include agricultural training, constructing
secure low-cost homes, discipleship
groups, Bible distribution, teaching and
preaching. vocational training, giving
nutritional and healthcare support.
Alongside these organisations, Nathan has
been developing a programme called
Rebuild Restore, buildin
a small team

which works with some of the poorest and
most vulnerable communities in Burundi -
mainly building homes, community
facilities, at the same time developing local
vocational skills, and sharing the
transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Nathan and Sarah are also leading three
house groups in their home, where many
local leaders gather, and have a place to
grow spiritually. The holistic work is all for
building God's kingdom across Burundi -
breaking the cycles of poverty both
physically and spiritually.
We have continued to support individuals in
Kenya with resources for House Churches.
The church planter who had spent 5 years
in Kenya and Uganda continues to support
the house churches they had planted to
provide advice and support by Zoom or
other social media. It is hoped they may be
able to visit a
ain next
ear.

lrnpact Network has a formal
reseprfes policy. It is based on
the following context..
Statement explaining the
policy for holding reserves
stating why they are held
Para 1.22
The income for the Trust is
consistent. That is, the
income is all from individual
or local church donations and
the majority is by direct debit
or standing order. In the past
additional donations have
always been made for
additional or exceptional
specific objectives if an
appeal is made to churches.
Costs can be controlled, as
they are associated with the
mission activities of the Trust
and can be substantially
reduced or curtailed by
reducing those activities.
Additional work or
commttments are not
undertaken unless the
financial support for them has
been identified and pledged
or implemented.
The policy states that..
Given the above context the
resep4es should be kept to a
minimum and at no time
exceed approximately one
month's current expenditure.
If the resep4es do start to
exceed that amount then
additional opportunities for
mission or of helping those in
need at home or abroad
should be found. The only
ex￿ptIOn to this policy is if a
donation is made on an
annual basis to cover

particular costs throughout
the year. In this case the
annual sum can be retained
and used as required over
the year.

Independent Examiner's Report
I report on the accounts for the year ended 28 February 2025 set out in the attached
CC16a Receipts and Payments account.
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under Section 144(2) of the
Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is required.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under Section 145 of the 2011 Act
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act), and - lo state whether particular
matters have come to my attention.
Statement of Financial Activities
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view,
and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statements below.
Notes to the Financial Statements
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the
requirements
to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 130 of the 2011 Act; and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with
the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act have not been met., or
2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
