**Objects:** PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN OPEN SPACE TO BE KNOWN AS A MILLENNIUM GREEN FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY

**Activities:** We have created and maintain a wildlife garden close to the centre of Morpeth. It provides a haven for residents and visitors. Development and maintenance is organised by the Trustees with the help of a group of Friends.It is also used by local schools from time to time and by the Cubs, Scouts and Guides. Each June we hold fund raising Garden Fete.
