The tmstees present their report for the year ended 5 April, 2024.
The charity was established by a Trust Deed dated 19 April, 1993, is registered with tlie
Chai'ity Coinlnission and is funded by donations fi'om the settlor. The charity registration
numbei. is 1072384.
OBJECTS AND AcfIviTtEs
The Ti'ustees hold th¢ entire fund and its income to apply them both foi. such chai'itable
purposes as they in their absolute and unrestricted discretion determine from tiine to time.
No funds have been allocated to reserves.
The Trustees consider that the iisks to which the Charity is exposed are not of material
significance.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Ti'iistees apply the income to a wide range of charitable organisations both in the U.K,
and overseas. The Trustees al'e of the opinion that they have complied with the duly in the
Chai'ities Acts regarding public benefit guidaiice published by the Charity Commission.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
During the year the trustees have made donations totalling £22,155 (2023 £12,750) to
various charitable causes. They believe that the amounts distributed have been of great
benefit to the charities chosen in their work in the wider community.
ADMINISTRATION
The trustees, who are appointed by deed, supervise the administration of the trust, authorise
all payments and investment transactions and appoint any addilional ts'ustees,

The charity's trustees are responsibl¢ for th¢ preparation of the accoiints. Tl)¢ chai'ity's trustees
consider tliat an audit is not rcquircd for this year under the Chai'ities Act 2011 ("tlie Chai'ities
Act") and that an iiidependent examination is needed.

Basis of independent examiner s report
My examination was carried oiit in accordance witEI the Gene131 Directions given by the Charity
Coinmission. An examinatioji includes a review of the accounting records kept by the cliai'ity
and a coinpai'ison of the accounts presented with those record5. It also includes consideration of
any unusiial items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking of explaIiations from the tl'LlStees
concei'ning any such matters. Tlie pr¢x¢dures undeitaken do not provide all the evideiice tliat
would be required in an audit and, consequently no opiiiion is givcn as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those matter set out in the statement
below.

Basis of Accounting
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost conventioi) with items recognised at cost or
ti'ansaction value unless otherwise stated.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Ststement of Rccoinmended Practice:
Accounting and Repolting by Chai'ities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
R¢porting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) issued on 16 July, 2014 and
with th¢ Charities Act 2023.
The charity constitutes a public benefit entity as defined by FRS 102.
Income
Dividends received and bank interest are accounted for when receiv¢d by th¢ Charity.
Taxation
As a registeitd Charity, the Charity is genei?Ily exempt from income tax and capital gains tax.
Investments held as fixed assets are valued at their mid-market value by the Trusts, stoclcbi'okers,
Movements in their value during the year have beeii adjusted through ihc Statement of Financial Activities
in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Pra¢tic¢,
Going Concern
The going concern basis of accouiiting has be¢n used in view of the financial strength of th¢ charity.
