## **Structure and Management :** 

The constitution allows for a maximum of 7 Trustees who are recruited on a voluntary basis. They meet once a month to review management and financial matters. The Secretary records the minutes for each meeting which are published on the Village Hall website. Planning and investment decisions over £250 need a majority committee vote. The public may attend any of the monthly meetings. The AGM is held in May where there is a full financial and management statement issued and questions taken. 

## **Activities and Objectives :** 

The Trustees ensure the hall is maintained in a fit manner for the use by the local community for various social and club activities. It can also be as a private hire for one off events. The committee organise a number of social events during the year. 



The hall is also a designated emergency hub in the event of a major power outage or other emergency. It has generators to provide power in such circumstances. All monies from hire fees and other sources are retained to maintain and improve the halls facilities. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The hall had is used regularly throughout the year. A major Capital investment for 202324 was the installation of Solar Panels and associated storage batteries. This was achieved with a grant that shows in the income raised in the financial year.
