The directors shall from time to time determine the objects of the charity, in particular through provision of targeted services that:1) further rehabilitate and encourage independence of such individuals;2) promote their reintegration within society; 3) promote education and awareness within society of issues relevant to spinal cord injury or related non-congenital diseases or injuries; and4) support family members and those affected by spinal cord injury regarding their emotional health and welfare needs which arise from the spinal cord disease or injury.

**Activities:** Back Up is a national charity that has helped thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds rebuild their confidence and independence following a devastating spinal cord injury (SCI).
