The full accounts have been independently verified by Peter Evans and Jenny Lake. The full details are available to be reviewed. The summary of income and expenditure will be distributed with the minutes of the AGM.

We started the year with £5,413

Over the year we have received income of £28,104 which was nearly £8,000 more than the previous year!. We spent £23,391.

This year we had £12,202 in donations wonderful local businesses and parents. We were also successful in securing grants worth £1,770.

Easy Fundraising raised £280 while our Bags 2 School raised £282.

The Christmas Raffle was by far our most successful event. We made a £2,399 profit which is nearly £600 more than last year.

Even though the weather was not on our side for the Christmas event we still made £805 which was really good considering. Our new events of Tipsy Tea and Bingo also made us £722.

Break the rules days are also a great source of income bringing in £828 along with the regular Friday refreshments which brought in £1,606 in profit.

While the colour run didn’t make us any money, we only ended up spending £403 and it was well worth it for all the smiles it generated.

The focus of our spending has been on the playground equipment and a huge success. We also spent £700 on artwork as well as funding Library books, play sand, science equipment, dance costumes, water run and basketball equipment.

The funds available at the end of the year are £10,126.
