**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF ASHTON, BRIDFORD, CHRISTOW, DODDISCOMBSLEIGH AND TRUSHAM (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The charity owns and runs a community centre which has an indoor sports hall with two badminton courts of international size. It accommodates short mat bowls - 6 rinks, indoor football & basketball. There is stage area and lighting and a separate, 40 seat meeting room, kitchen and toilets. The main hall seats up to 250 for functions, conferences, wedding receptions & dances.
