(2) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO  OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS FROM  WHICH MEMBERS  AND/OR THEIR FAMILIES OR FORMER MEMBERS AND/OR THEIR FAMILIES MAY BENEFIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
