ments for the year ended 31 st March 2024.

The Company is constituted as a company limited b) guarantee and is, therefore, governed by a Mem-
orandum and Articles of Association.

including drivers, a part-time administrator, helpers and local organisations.
Developments, activities and achievements this year
The effects of the Covid pandemic continue to influence the passenger numbers, which together with
increased prices for fuel. have inevitably caused some deterioration in the Company"s results for the
year. However, the Company remains committed to maintaining its services to the local community
with the help of its, volunteer drivers and the generous doners to the Company, s funds.
