**Activities:** Advice, signposting, in office translating, immigration advice Level 1, advice on training, benefits, housing.Pre-school activities, Outreach work to no mobile Roma and elderly/disabled Bosnian in needs, Supplementary schools, cultural, social gathering.Inter community work and bridge building Serbian, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, "One stop shop"  support Ethnic Comm. Groups in East Midlands.
