The Charity provides a Community Centre for the benefit of the Community in West Derby and the surrounding neighbourhood in the City of Liverpool, which was partially funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
Objects: (a) To Promote The Benefit Of The Community In West Derby And The Surrounding Neighbourhood In The City Of Liverpool And The County Of Merseyside Without Distinction Of Political Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Community And The Local Authorities Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To:(1) Advance The Education Of The Said Community And(2) Provide Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For The Said Inhabitants In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life(b) To Provide Facilities Enabling The Promotion Of The Christian Religion(c) Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Parish Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same (whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of The Above Objects(d) Promote Such Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determined
