**Objects:** TO PURCHASE NEW/REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PERSONS REGISTERED WITH MEDEN MEDICAL SERVICES ("THE PRACTICE") BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE FOR USE AT EITHER ITS MAIN SURGERY OR WARSOP BRANCH SURGERY. ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY AND NOT THE PRACTICE. ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, FURTHERMORE SHOULD THERE BE SURPLUS FUNDS AVAILABLE AFTER THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE HAS BEEN ACHIEVED FOR THE TIME BEING THEN SUCH FUNDS SHALL BE USED TO AID SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN FINANCIAL NEED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
