**Objects:** TO ALLEVIATE THE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") CAUSED BY THE BREAK-UP OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF SUCH CHILDREN BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A CENTRE AND FACILITIES WHEREBY SUCH CHILDREN CAN MORE READILY ENJOY THE COMPANY AND LOVE OF THEIR NON-RESIDENTIAL PARENT.

**Activities:** Bath Child Contact Centre is part of a national network of centres which provide a safe, warm and neutral meeting place for children of separated families to meet with non-residential parents and other family members. We are members of The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).
