An induction process has been introduced by which new gov¢rnors are provided with a detaikd inforniatson
pack and invited to attend a dcdicatcd training s¢ssion. In addilion, trailling opportwiilies are provided
through vision days, prcscntation at m¢¢lings ond participation in GoN'crnor training olY¢r¢d by the local
