INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF WALES DEAF RUGBY UNION

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Wales Deaf Rugby Union (Charity Number: 1071383) for the year ended 31st March 2023.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity’s trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 and the charity’s governing document.

It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011;
Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission; and
State whether any matter has come to my attention giving me cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements:
To keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011, and
To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 2011,

have not been met.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matter has come to my attention:
