To provide and assist generally in the provision of facilities for education and leisure time occupation for the community and visitors to Maidstone.

Objects: The Company Has Been Established For Any Charitable Purposes Which Will Benefit The Public Living In And/or Visiting Maidstone Including But Not Limited To The Following 1)The Establishment Of A River Park And To Provide And Assist In The Provision Of And Maintenance Of River Parks And/or Recreational Grounds And/or Playing Fields For The Benefit Of The General Public Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions; And Or 2) To Provide And Assist In The Provision Of And Maintenance Of Recreational Ground And/or Playing Fields For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of Maidstone Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants; And Or 3) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment Of The Open Spaces In Maidstone; And/or 4) To Promote Arts, Culture And Heritage; And/or 5) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities And Services For Recreational, Sporting Or Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare, Such Facilities Being Provided To The Public At Large Save That Special Facilities May Be Provided For Persons Who By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social Economic Circumstances May Have Need Of Special Facilities And Services; And/or 6) To Benefit The Residents Of Maidstone Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents And/or Visitors Of Maidstone; And/or 7) Such Other Charitable Purposes Which Will Benefit The Public Living In And/or Visiting Maidstone Consistent With The Objects Above As The Directors Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Determine.
