Its proximity to the**<br>**Abbeycrest care home means that its**<br>**residents are often taken around in**<br>**wheelchairs, or walk the paths**<br>**themselves.  For many people it is a**<br>**place for contemplation and the quiet**<br>**enjoyment of the plants and flowers and**<br>**wildlife.  Others – runners, cyclists,**<br>**serious walkers – use it for exercise.**<br>**Many people regularly express their**<br>**appreciation of it as an asset to health**<br>**and spiritual wellbeing; and the trustees**<br>**are at all mindful of that contribution, and**<br>**the need to see that it is maintained.**|
