ROBERTSWOOD SCHOOL NOTES ON SCHOOL FUND ACCOUNTS 1% September 2022 to 31% August 2023

| AMAZON | Purchases made via Amazon website through school’s website link did not raise any |

| funds this year. The school has now also registered with Amazon Smile and hope to | |
| raise funds in the future. | |
| The funds are directly transferred into the fund account byAmazon each month as | |
| commission. This does not affect the purchase price for the buyer but a certain | |
| percentage is given to the school on items purchased. This scheme closed in February | |
| 2023. | |
| ASC/BC/NUR_ | The school is using the fund account to collectthe After-School Club, Breakfast Club |
| and Nursery fee. These fees are transferred to the school’s budget account at the end | |
| of each month. | |
| BKFAIR | Travelling Books sales are now paid directly to the supplier via card payments |
| machine. The commission raised is added to the School's online account. | |
| CHARITY | There were no Charity collections in 22-23 banked into the School’s Charity account. |
| There were funds raised for NSPCC and Children In Need and banked directly into the | |
| Charity’s bank accounts via a paying in slip thatwas provided by the above mentioned | |
| Charities. | |
| CURR RES | Includes receipts from leaflet distribution. Funds are spent on book tokens for World |
| Book Day, respecttokens and Remembrance Day wreath. This includes any other | |
| contributions that are received to purchase school resources. | |
| HOODIES | Year 6 leavers’ and staffhoody sweatshirts. |
| INTEREST | £8.49 was received in bank interest (HSBC DepositAccount). |
| LETTING | The school collects the letting income in the fund account and atthe end ofeach |
| month the funds are transferred to the school’s budget account. | |
| LIFE BUS | Rotary Club donation and parental contributions gave children from Nursery to Year 6 |
| the opportunity to participate in PSHE sessions on the Life Bus which once again was a | |
| great success. | |
| SCHOOL LOTT | The school lotteryscheme raised £878.60 this year. It is all done online and |
| administered by an external company. 40% ofthe funds raised come to the school. | |
| The total raised till now stands at £2942.67. | |
| TSUNDRY | Journeys insurance premium and identity wristbands for day visits and bank charges |
| for the visits account. | |
| VOLS | Parental voluntary contributions to the fund for the year, £5625.08 generated by |
| regular contributions direct to the charity’s bank account including any contributions | |
| received directly via parentpay system. | |
| VOUCHER | |
| SUPVOINCOM | Supermarket voucher scheme run in conjunction with Dr Challoner’s High School raised |
| a commission of £1141.00. The vouchers that are on offer include Tesco, John Lewis/ | |
| Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. The total annual incomewas £19700 from parents wishing | |
| to purchase supermarketvoucher and the total allocated expenditure was £19700. The | |
| commission raised is banked directly into school fund account. | |
