**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF H.M.S. CONWAY BY THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF "MEMORABILIA".

**Activities:** Preservation and maintenance of memorabilia relating to HMS Conway. The Charity has a chapel and museum at Birkenhead Priory which houses many items of historical interest relating to the ship. Occasional services are held in the chapel during the year including an annual Remembrance service in November.
