## **General Information**
Wilberfoss Community Centre is a registered charity. The charity is registered with the Commission in England and Wales, Charity No 1070842.
The principal activity of the charity is the operation and maintenance of Wilberfoss Com Centre.
## **Basis of Preparation of Accounts**
The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis.
The accounts are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the charity.
## **Going Concern**
The trustees have reviewed the expected income and expenditure of the charity which that it can maintain a positive cash balance for a perid of at least 12 months following of the accounts.
The trustees, therefore, have made an informed judgement, at the time of approving t accounts, that there is a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate resourc continue operating for the foreseeable future.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 03 104
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordan with the requirements of the Charities Act
