**Objects:** A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NORTH MILLERS DALE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD DEFINED BY NORTH MILLERS DALE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.B) ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTER AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.C) PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.

**Activities:** Community Association. We run local walks and a book group. We run quiz nights and hold summer community fayres. We have put on evenings with local speakers, and coach trips, for the benefit of the local community, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or political, religious or other options.We publish a quarterly newsletter supporting local businesses and the community.
