**Objects:** (1) TO RELIEVE PAIN AND SUFFERING AMONG CHRONICALLY OR TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN (2) TO RELIEVE DESPAIR AMONG THE FAMILIES OF CHRONICALLY OR TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN AND AMONG BEREAVED FAMILIES OF THOSE CHILDREN; AND (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY AMONG NURSES IN THE CARE OF SICK CHILDREN.

**Activities:** When serious illness affects a child, family life is turned upside down and time becomes more precious than ever. Rainbow Trust pairs each family with a dedicated expert Family Support Worker to help them face and make the most of each new day.
